We are hiring a customer support & social media manager to manage customer queries and complaints, process orders, and modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. You will also oversee the company's interaction with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms and focusing on increasing brand awareness through effective social media outlets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customers' interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Using social media marketing tools to create, maintain, and increase the company's brand awareness.
- Develop campaigns across channels, monitor hashtags and trends, report on analytics
- Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company's social media handles.
- Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measuring a campaign's performance against the KPIs
- Researching social media trends and informing management of relevant changes to the company's marketing activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have great verbal and written communication skills
- Must be social media savvy
- Should be creative in crafting engaging content that must constantly align with customers trends and market changes to interest and engage people
- Good researching skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools, and finding real-time online conversation
- Good time management skills in organizing tasks to meet deadlines scheduled and meet business goals
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Efficient in using Microsoft suits and different social media platforms
